- GJ: Cloud Tags are good for entertainment or game blogs, but your blog belongs to the technology and SEO related blogs so it would be best to just remove it.
BTT: Another thing to point here is, flash is something you should not play with anymore. Flash or SWF files are now considered obsolete in the industry of web development. Read this article for you reference.
- GJ: There are more than 20 embedded external resources. Try to reduce the number of included resources (images and style sheets). For instance, stylesheets can be merged together instead of being split across several files.

- GJ: I think you need to rearrange the ads place, too many ads means distraction.

Design 2/5 ★★★★★I find the design to basic yet a little bit dirty especially the bottom part. The site was intended for noobs, so it should be simple yet fun to keep their interest on reading.
Sidebar really looks messy. Might as well clean that up.
In short design was a little bit too lame and needs some "WOW" factor.

Programming wise - articles were fun to read but not all.
Noobite Community - I don't get the idea of this link above. I do understand before that you are trying to build a community for programmers, but seeing that, but where's the interaction?
Contact Us - I think the form is lacking of something. You are a programmer, so you should know that public forms shouldn't be left out like that especially with all those robots lurking on the net to fill out forms automatically -- we call them SPAM.

NooBite came from the combination of two words – from the English slang “noob” which means newbie and “bite” which means the use of teeth to cut or hurt something.
With the term noobite and the way you are providing tips to beginners, I guess you are standing on your chosen track. Other than that, the title itself was intersting if you'll hear or read it somewhere. I can remember the book series "* for Dummies" within your title.
For me, the logo was cool, but usually the glasses is use to connote nerds and geeks rather than noobs.

I like the color blue (*laugh*) but sad to say, it is the only thing that I liked (*kidding*). Seriously, you need to arrange some of the article on the side. You have: top 5 of the week, top 5 of the month, etc. - it would be best to choose just one of these so you can remove some clutter on the site.
In Layout - I think it was simple and good for the eyes but it would be best to be consistent with your color choice.

I'm not sure if I'm the right person to give this rate, why o why? first, your blog was simple as ABC, anyone can make that theme but if you will revamp or rearrange some details link (like your Top 5 Of The Week, etc) I think I will like it more, especially if your target market is for newbies and those who want to learn programming.
Also, if you have time, kindly re-do the social connection links on your page.
